French translation for Horde (creation) + IMP (update)

I have not received any feedback from the last guy who translated IMP
(Christophe Ruelle). So here is my contribution to this project. Horde
translation was done from scratch.

It would be also interesting to know why buttons in the Options section,
under IMP, still show me English text, even if Horde fr.po was created on
my side.


Everything else looks good.
