Actually, the behavior now is that the actions only appear IF the user has 
selected the action to occur in the preferences (or if the sysadmin has it set, 
etc.).  Thus, in Jan's example above, the only thing that would appear on the 
screen would be the dialog to move your sent-mail folder.  This option would be 
checked.  The other 2 options would not appear on the screen at all.  (Maybe I 
was confusing people a bit with my screenshot.  For the screenshot, ALL of the 
maintenace operations have been selected in the preferences - I wanted a 
screenshot that would show the maximum functionality of the patch.)

This is why I had the options on the confirmation screen checked by default.  
My reasoning is that if the user (or sysadmin) has already declared their 
intention to do the maintenance operation (via the preferences), they shouldn't 
have to check another box to actually do it.  It's nice to have the 
confirmation page to remind them, but they can easily uncheck the box if they 
change their mind.

Good reasoning or not?
