So, I think Chora is totally feature complete from
a 1.0 release point of view.  The only thing left to
do is to bug-fix and tweak the points where it does
caching.

IMP is also looking very strong for a release, in
terms of being feature complete.

What do people think about a firm feature freeze,
and gunning for release with a dependency on
PHP-4.0.7/PEAR-4.0.7 in mind?

I touched on this in my previous mail; if we don't
depend on any new PEAR-cvs features, the only 
CVS dependency Horde has is on Mcal for Kronolith
(and the SQL driver solves this)
