from_address locking

Hello,

I use a locked from_address pref, because I don't want our users (mostly
highschool students ;)) to choose another emailaddress, but the compose window
gives still the opportunity to do otherwise (the small input field after the
select field) so I removed it in compose.inc. Is it possible to make this
depended of $prefs['from_address']['locked'] whether the input field appears or
not?
