Full name patch for imp

Another day, another hack from me.  I was sick of seeing no user names for my 
users that haven't set their full name, so i did something about it.  
Implemented as a custom hook in the conf.php file.  The example function uses 
the GECOS field from the passwd file as the default name.  POSIX-specific, but 
works for me so i don't care :)
