[dev] Windows Address Book Import Test

Ok. Sorted a bug when there was <=2 records in the address book and source
code is up. Not srue if this has covered your experience. If you double
click the .wab file locally it will open in address book and you can see the
contents.

When I try to import a .wab file (the only one I found on my system), I get
this message:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in
h:\httpd\htdocs\temp\wabstrip.php on line 34

Perhaps you could send us a link to sources. That would give us a starting
point to find out the missing secrets of the wab file format.
