[dev] font sizes

We already changed from pt to px but the fonts are still very small on 
NS/Linux. But that's due to the poor CSS support of NS 4.7 and there's no way 
to handle this if we don't want to build custom CSS configs for each browser. 
And we definitely don't want to do this!
