[dev] Address Book Import again.

A quick solution would be (as I did): Expand your backend (sql table) to handle 
all the fields you need from wab. Then change the map array in sources.php 
accordingly.
What's left is to change templates/add and templates/display.

It would probably a good idea to handle custom fields dynamically and to give 
them a "type" like email address, phone number, text field ...
At least that's something I'd really like to add to turba.
