Complete WAB Import.

I now have the windows address book working without problems at this end. I
have a diff up at www.graftonhall.co.nz/wabimport

For those a little confused about wab files: they are the address book files
used in Outlook express since about version 4 or 4.5. They are the standard
addressbook file on windows 98,me 2000.

The only issues with them is finding where they are stored so searching you
whole harddrive for .wab is the best bet.

If you can have a play with this diff and find any issues i'd love to know
if it works for someone else.
