Yeah.  If I'm not mistaken, that would allow demo.horde.org to
work with persistent preferences as well, right?

Last time I looked at doing that, if a user typed in a bad
server, they couldnt change it since it stuck in the preference.

Haven't tracked the preferences changes recently though
(has that particular problem been fixed anyway?)
