I will try that in a later stage. 

I did a first test with tarballs I downloaded from ftp://ftp.horde.org/pub/ 

- IMP  imp-2.3.6.tar.gz (10/01/01) 
- HORDE horde-1.3.3.tar.gz (als 10/01/01 

With these versions the attachmentments are shown correctly. :-)

So at least there is little less ground to test.

In NS4, when I switch identities to an identity that has no signature, I get a
garbage character (it looks like a square; pasting it elsewhere makes it seem
like it's a newline) that doesn't go away when I switch back. Jan, can you take
a look at this?
