P.e. We don't want our users to export our LDAP database, because of its size.
And I think an operator should have the possibility to choose whether or not an
import/export link will be placed on the menubar, for the same reason whether or
not a problem reporting link will be placed in the menubar.
But that's only my humble opinion :-)
