IMP first login of month sent-mail maint op errors

[Apis Hytt]

	o User reports the following errors with latest CVS after
		the fix for doDeleteSentmailMonthly() in
			imp/lib/Maintenance.php

	o On discovery, he had never sent any mail, and hence had
		no sent-mail folder to perform maint ops upon ..
		that resulted in errors generated during maint ops.
	
	o All maint ops were ok with another user who *had* a sent-mail
		folder .. status messages indicated rename and new
		create of sent-mail folders were OK.
