Chuck,
I want to develop a color scheme and I want to see if anyone else is
interested. I want to see if IMP can get a more professional hotmail tpye of
look.

Anyone interested?

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. Do you want to develop the color
scheme, and are asking if people would be interested? Or do you want someone
to
do so?
