I guess it could be just us.  When I had imp reviewed as a replacement for
Exchange's web-outlook these were some of the things I had to review in
order to get it approved. People are certainly comparing it to hotmail and
yahoo mail, which does display the username/email on the INBOX page. 

It also comes into play a bit here since quite a few employees have
additional mailboxes that aren't aliased to their primary account.

I guess I'm not inherently opposed to it, but that patch just kind of tacks it 
on ... if we're going to do it, it should look good and like an intuitive part 
of the UI.
