[dev] Time/billing system

What is the concensus then? I took a look at Achievo, and though fairly
complete although it doesn't support bug tracking and task integration for
users.

I'm reworking the design to get rid of the SQL dependence. I had previously
designed it to rely heavily on a SQL server, but under the suggestion of
chuck am reworking it to rely more on PHP classes than SQL functionality.
This should be done in a day or two.

I could always use Achievo, though it's my opinion that integration into
Horde is where I really want to go.

Any feedback here?

take a look at Achievo first http://www.achievo.com

Check out Achievo (http://www.achievo.com). It's one the best open source
time tracking and billing application I've ever seen and completely written
in PHP.
