Details?

I just fixed a small error in in the exclude file, but I'm not
sure it could have been breaking everything.

Subject: Maintenance stuff (that may have to wait...)

Looks like I picked some bad timing to finish off the work on the maintenance
stuff...  With this whole feature freeze I dont know if this stuff can be
replaced/inserted with the present maintnenace stuff.  But thought I'd throw it
out now just in case.

Anyway, to fulfill Jan's request, I have changed the Maintenance stuff from
being IMP-specific to a Horde-wide class.  Thus, any Horde application can now
make use of the Maintenance stuff.  Take a look:

As said before, I don't know if you can use this code right now or not.  But
this is definitely an improvement over the existing system.  Of course I always
say that :)
