Localized log messages

While translating some stuff I discovered that we use gettext messages in 
the Horde::log function.

I think this doesn't make much sense because the messages will be logged in 
the current user's language. And most admins will probably have some 
difficulties reading log messages in traditional Chinese. ;-)
