That's what I thought too, so I went through and changed them all to
en_US. Still no luck, unless I missed something. I'll have to poke
through the code and see if I can figure out what's going on.
(I do think we should change HEAD so it's either "en" or "en_US", not
"en_EN" which I think is incorrect usage.

Subject: creating new applications
Hey all,
Went through the presentation on horde.org and that seems like a good
starter. Wondering if a basic application exists which follows the
format outlined in the presentation? If not, I'll try to pick out the
simplest one in CVS and reduce from there.
