Because config/prefs.php is (of course) included in the beginning of 
prefs.php with all gettext call evaluated. If The user changes the 
language, this happens actually during the execution of the script.
If we don't reload the config/prefs.php file the page will be in the new 
language but the preferences overview will be in the old one.
