[dev] imp bug in move message?

right. but this isn't the sort of thing you'd want to do server-wide. 
*i* happen to like seeing my messages lingering around with a delete 
flag, while others clearly don't. so it'd be better (IMHO) to have this 
dictated by a user preference than a server config.
