turba french translation

Hi,
  You'll find there the updated turba.mo and fr_FR.po for Turba RELENG_1 :

http://w3.netia.fr/horde/

  For some reason that i cant explain, it doesnt work correctly with the 
HEAD branch of Turba. It falls back to English, randomly, with this in the 
menu bar where the "Advanced Search" button is :
