imp compose contacts pop-up broken after prefs fields|js update

[Apis Hytt]

	o CVS HEAD after the latest prefs fields and js imp contacts
		update ...

	o If I have in the imp Compose pop-up contacts left side:

apis@example.com
	
	and then select it with To:  .. this appears in the right
		
undefined:apis@example.com

	o This appears in the To: field in the Compose window after OK

efined:apis@example.com <apis@example.com>

	o Now, if instead I click on the name from turba..the Compose has:

To: "apis@example.com" <apis@example.com>

		which does not show the `undefined' error as in pop-up

	o All was well before this update.
