themes files

Hey team,
 I was thinking that it would make more sense to rename all the
themes/html-*.php.dist files to themes/html-*.php since they shouldn't be
modified by anyone.
 When one wants another color scheme, he would create a new theme.

 Moreover, it isnt clear that you have to rename them yourself in that
directory before you can use themes (at installation time i mean).

 Regarding the missing styles, i will work on adding them and submit a patch
(or i will contact the authors and ask them to do so.. Atif ?).
 This patch will also add the theme's author name and email in each file
too, since themes are now included in cvs and usage of horde.org/themes will
tend towards zero.

 Any suggestion ?
