Suggestions for contacts.php

First of all, very great thanks to Marcus for it's excellent work!

Now, I have a couple of suggestions for the contacts.php script:

1) The Addressbook selection should be present only if there is more
than one addressbook (as it already does Turba).

2) In the right list, every address is preceded by "To:", "Cc:" or
"Bcc:". This prefixes should be localized (like they are for the
buttons).
