registry/api use between apps?

I've almost got a working turba modification, but I can't figure 
out how to get the url of the IMP composePopup routine from Turba. 

I know I need to be using the registry/api, but I can't figure 
out how.  Can someone help me? 

I just want to get the url of the composePopup for IMP from inside Turba. 
I know I'm real close, but just am missing something simple I think...
