imp "empty trash" modifications

folks -

i'm looking at extending the current "empty trash" functionality to 
replace the "hide deleted/purge deleted" links if the "use_trash" pref 
is set. with "use_trash" on, one ought not to have messages laying 
around marked deleted. does this seem like the right thing to do here?

so coding-wise i'm new to the horde structure. as a first run it looks 
like i'd wanna create a EMPTY_TRASH action based on the existing 
EMPTY_FOLER. is this the right way to handle this?
