[dev] imp "empty trash" modifications

Jan,
After talking to chuck on the same subject but slightly different issue
he said something that just clicked.
If use_trash is set, we call imap_expunge when move files to the trash
anyway, so and files still marked for deletion are expunged anyway.
That being the case, what's the point of haveing hide and purge deleted
if use_trash is set?
