FWIW, *and this is only a diagnostic step - NOT a fix*, when I edit
imp/redirect.php to assert "header('Location: https://my.host.name/horde/')"
when creating a new session, then all is well again. (Except the full,
encoded urls show up before login and after logout. Whatever.)
So, to my untutored eye, it looks like my problems began with version 1.38
of imp/redirect.php. Since nobody else seems to be having this problem, I'm
guessing it's got something to do with my setup.
