updated Estonian translation

Hello!

I've updated the Estonian translations for Horde, IMP and Turba. They 
are based on CVS HEAD checkout as of Mar 26. 

The .po files are downloadable at:
http://www.raad.tartu.ee/~toomas/horde/

BTW, there seems to be a typo in turba/prefs/config.php, line 7:
'desc' => _("Set the your preferred display language."),

The current Estonian translation "translates" this typo into 
grammatically correct Estonian :-)
