[dev] messages in horde displayed in imp

Very minor bug.

Running Horde/IMP/etc from cvs HEAD.  Go into Horde Options.  Change some
options.  The preferences system is generating messages ("Your options have
been updated." and so on) but Horde is not displaying them.  Then I go into
IMP and I see all the messages from Horde/preferences suddenly.  Can be
quite confusing if, for example, you go through the themes trying them all
out, then select one, then go into IMP and get a (number of themes plus 1)
messages saying your options have been updated...
