I'm trying to make a theme for HEAD.  I created a file 

horde/config/themes/html-mytheme.php

And I modified 

horde/config/prefs.php 

to include the theme in the theme enum as

                    'mytheme'        => _("My Theme"),

When I go into Options it shows up, but when I select it the colors
don't change.  I don't see any errors...  Am I missing something here?
