[dev] Fetchmail: Support for IMAP/POP3 over SSL

Hi!

   Here's a patch for fetchmail to support IMAP/POP3 over SSL -

   Although I think this code will work fine (since there is not many
modifications), I didn't test it at all, so I'd like people that use
IMAP or POP3 over SSL to test this and report me if it works fine or
not... Thanks.
