Hi Dev group,

I have made some changes to the imp filters.php and mailbox.php
that allows to have filters with and / or rules set.

I have the code working:
Adding/modifying/deleting filters
applying filters with/without sieve


I want to know if you are interested in this approach.
If yes, I can make a patch against HEAD and if thats not the approach 
you want to take, I can release the patch for the 3.1RC3.
