[dev] Address book style changes

Having some time to kill, I changed all the references to "addressbook"
to read "address book" as per the STYLEGUIDE. Chuck already got a bunch,
but here are some more.
Diff is against current HEAD CVS branch. Probably shouldn't be merged
down to RELENG* as it would require changes to the locale translations.
Anyway, if any one cares to commit them, here they are. If not, at least
I tried... It was a good way to kill a few minutes of time tonight...
