Was going over this today when I CVS'ed HEAD....

Shouldn't $_REQUEST['SERVER_PORT'] be $_SERVER['SERVER_PORT']?

Otherwise it doesn't work :)

Should also probably put HTML tags to center what is echo'ed into the
message, otherwises it's all off to the left and looks futzy.

All minor B list items.  Actually, probably more like C list.  But since
I did the mess, I feel responsible. :p
