No, it won't.  A repo-copy involves copying the file in the repository
(to preserve history) and then deleting the old file via 'cvs remove'.
Then, the old filename won't exist in the HEAD branch but will still
be available to other branches.  If the new file is unwanted in other
branches, 'cvs remove' it from there.
