[dev] Anonymous CVS repo not updating?

I updated my local copy of HEAD this morning and found a few files that were
being referenced that didn't exist. I double-checked my CVS root, which was
fine. 'cvs log' didn't know about them, but they were available via rsync
and Chora at cvs.horde.org. All of them seem to have been added fairly
recently (looks like the earliest missing file was added sometime around 17
July). Is the rsync job for the anonymous CVS repo not running, or am I just
confused?
