[dev] anoncvs update problems?

Is there a problem with updating anoncvs.horde.org from cvs.horde.org. It
seems that RELENG versions on anoncvs.horde.org are much older than those
on cvs.horde.org.

Browsing cvs.horde.org with chora shows newer files than those that are
checked out from anoncvs.horde.org.

horde/config/lang.php.dist is a good example:
anoncvs.horde.org: 1.19.2.25 with timestamp Thu Jun 6 14:22:34 2002
cvs.horde.org: 1.19.2.28 with timestamp Wed Jul 24 09:24:52 2002
