[dev] PATCH Passwd Updates / Fixes

Sorry, no conf.xml with this one.. 
Chuck: did you have any plans in mind for dealing with the config files like
passwds? 
I couldn't think of a way of doing the realms stuff.

Eric; Should passwd be changed so that is has a spearate backends type file and
a prefered mechanism as there is no current way of changing passwds for one
realm with one driver and different realm with a different driver.
I'm happy to do this as i think it's going to be needed around here anyway.

passwd HEAD.diff
    A few modifications to mdaemon to get the default params stuff working.
    A few modifications to ldap for style, some local function naming, more
default params stuff.
    Move templates into a horde style layout.
    Make notifications show in the correct place.

templates.zip
    Contains:
    main/javascript.inc
    main/main.inc
    menu/main.inc
    index/notconfigured.inc

    Extract this into the templates folder.
    Contains updateed templates and is in
    the standard horde layout.


This makes these files dead:
templates/javascript.inc
templates/main.inc
templates/menu.inc
templates/notconfigured.inc
status.php
