passwd HEAD.diff
    A few modifications to mdaemon to get the default params stuff working.
    A few modifications to ldap for style, some local function naming, more
default params stuff.
    Move templates into a horde style layout.
    Make notification show in the correct place.
    Move drivers config into config/backend.php
    Add config/conf.xml
    Add prefered system to passwd drivers.
    Modify ldap and mdaemon driver to work with simplified params structure.
