[dev] Working patch for multiple/shared calendar (Kronolith)

How are things going with this?? I've have a play with what you've done so far..
but i take it you modified or added CategoryObject_Permissions to Horde... are
you able to provide a diff of this and any anything else you changed outside of
kronolith.
