Okay, so if there was a serious problem with my last color picker.. it was that
the html file it generated was 400+ kB!

So i re-wrote it in javascript so the table is generated client side instead,
similar to the goto popup in Kronolith. Now we only send the click about 6k of
stuff and it does all the rest :-)

Also fixes a display problem in IE where the demo box wasn't always the same
width as the pallette.

colorpicker.phps
Pretty colored version of the complete file incase the patch
doesn't work as it's a near total re-write.
