[dev] DomXML and newest changes

Hi All,
   Is there anyway to change back the way horde deals with need for domxml? At
least before I could copy it's suggestions into the conf file. Now, after a CVS
update, I simply get an error stating domxml is needed.
   I only want to give apache read access and not write. Any thoughts?
