[dev] imp Default checkout of HEAD branch question

Hi There,
  I just checked out the imp and horde modules (no tag specified 
therefore should be default of HEAD) and got reverted back to
at least one older file that conflicts with the reason why I am
working with the HEAD CVS.
  My checkout on 20020802 gave me imp/redirect.php 
     $Horde: imp/redirect.php,v 1.56 2002/07/24 23:54:13 jan Exp $
  Whereas my checkout today 20020806 gave me imp/redirect.php
     $Horde: imp/redirect.php,v 1.23.2.9 2002/06/19 14:58:36 jan Exp $

  Either 1) I am lame and missing something (very possible)  or
         2) I should give up on trying to use the "new" features
            in redirect.php v 1.56 because they will disappear from
            HEAD CVS or
         3) I should be doing co with a specific tag or
         4)...?

  Your kind suggestions would be much appreciated.
