Any news on solutions to the anoncvs problems?

It would seem that some programs with RELENG tags are beginning to work
erratically. On problem that I've found is that you cannot change
the languange in turba RELENG version. Latest turba RELENG needs
at least version 1.13.2.11 of horde/lib/Lang.php version. The anoncvs
RELENG checkout of horde contains version 1.13.2.10 of lib/Lang.php.
