I fixed vfs_sql driver to recursively rename all child folder and file paths if 
a parent folder is renamed.

I have also submitted a new driver for the VFS.  This driver combines the local 
file system driver and the sql driver.  The directory structure is stored on 
the SQL database, but the actual files are stored on the local file system.  If 
there are any questions, please email me.
