[dev] New Jonah UI

Just out of curiousity, what is it that Jonah is trying to accomplish?  I've 
been spending a bit of time trying to find out where I could benefit the Horde 
Development community, and was giving some thought on proposing a content 
management system, similar to Movable Type or the now infamous Blogger.  Is 
this what Jonah does?  If not, what would you think of such a module to horde?
