Thanks, Jan.  I did that but looked right through the error message.  My 
browser didn't have perms to write.  Now I'm getting 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: addbookmark() in
/usr/src/horde/trean/add.php on line 20

I must have gotten up on the wrong side of trean.  I'm seem to be doing
everything wrong.
