[dev] imapproxy (CVS) status

What's the status of imapproxy at cvs.horde.org?

I checked it out, looked at the docs/INSTALL. It says to do a "./configure"
but there is no ./configure.

So, are files missing, or are the docs out of date?  Is anyone working on
this yet, or am I volunteering?
